Last November we told you about the upgrades to MyFord Touch, and here at CES this week we got to see them in action.

Ahead of the 64th Frankfurt Motor Show, Renault revealed details of its latest concept car, FRENDZY. And they describe it as a fully fledged office on wheels!

During the Forward with Ford 2011 conference, I had a chance to get hands-on with Ford’s Active Park Assist, and it reminded me a lot of Knight Rider!

During my couple of days spent in Detroit this week with Ford, I sat in a number of interesting sessions. One of which was called Global Design Convergence and included a demo of how Ford uses 3D modelling technology to design and test cars.

One of the trend tracks I attended yesterday at the Forward with Ford 2011 conference was called Emerging Technologies. During this session Ford demonstrated AppLink, which is a SYNC component and how it works with Pandora.

One of the sessions I attended today was on Emerging Technologies, and during the session I saw a live demo of SYNC with MyFord Touch.

Yesterday we reviewed the Bracketron Apple iPad Stand – today we take it a step further and give the Bracketron Apple iPad Stand with Headrest Mount the UWHS Two Minute Review treatment.

This week my car had to go into the garage for some minor work and I got a loan car. Check out the number plate!
