- New: Historic Price charts for Global Market resources are available from the SimCity World button on the main menu.
- New: The Region Wall chat has been completely updated with a new look and new functionality! Chat functions more efficiently and it’s much easier to communicate with other players. Time stamps show on chat messages on rollover. Regional events are easier to read and can be toggled on and off.
- New: Added a filter for friends’ regions in the join region section.
- New: Trading control. Added feature to give players more control over their utilities. Players can now choose whether or not to keep their power, water, or sewage local. This setting can be found on the information panel accessible by clicking on the power plant, water tower, or sewage pipe or plant. Sharing with the region is on by default.
- New: Regional Missions: Added seven new regional missions: Drink It Up!, Plug In, So Stoked, The Wheels on the Bus, Ferry Dust, Station to Station, and Riding Coach.
- New: Regional Achievement: Added a new regional achievement, Field Trip!
- Gifting Improvements: Cash gifts are now delivered electronically, not by truck. This should improve the efficiency of gifting.
- Resource gifts: Resource gifts will happen more reliably. Multiple trucks can make deliveries at once if they are available in the sending city and the truck capacities have been increased.
- Great Works Improvements: Delivery trucks will mark their resources as dropped off as soon as they reach the Great Works, instead of when they arrive back in the city. This will make tracking time more reliable.
- Great Works Improvements: Update to have all resources at Great Works handled at the regional level. This will address players in different cities seeing different resources once the server has processed the region and cities.
- Great Works Improvements: Fixed an issue where an Arcology would maintain power from the region and fixed an issue where shoppers would not increase at the Arcology as it was leveled up. This will update in both existing and new Arcologies.
- Great Works Improvements: Tuned the Solar Farm.
- Regional Unlocks: The advanced coal mine unlocks regionally. Fixed issue where the Trade HQ sometimes did not unlock.
- Fire Advisor Trading clarity: Tuned the Fire advisor so they do not tell you that neighbors are sending fire trucks when your neighbor has no fire stations.
- Trading: School buses that travel from a neighbor’s city will show that city’s avatar.
- Regional Commuting: Fixed an issue where Sims would not be able to take transit out of cities with lots of streetcars or shuttle buses. This could cause some cases where commuting Sims could not return home and their homes would go abandoned.
- Garbage Trucks and Recycling Trucks: Fixed an issue that some cities experienced where garbage and recycling trucks do not leave their buildings or disappeared when trading service with neighbors. Existing cities who have trucks that have disappeared will have to demolish their missing trucks’ garages and plop new garages.
- Text Clarification: The “Out of Money” message now says “Can’t find work” when appropriate in rollover feedback and the approval rating UI. This is to clarify your Sims’ actual need.

Is LittleBigPlanet 3 Going to Announced Today at E3
LittleBigPlanet 3 may have been almost certainly confirmed after it appeared in the resume of a Sumo Digital employee, before being swiftly removed.
The JK Studios animator was apparently amongst those that did some work for Sumo Digital on the project.
The CV did not give an idea of the release date or platforms, but given that the game has been rumoured to have been in development for around 18 months, chances are it’ll be making some sort of appearance at this year’s E3.

Sony has already said that it has 40 games to show off across PS Vita, PS3 and PS4. So both should be pretty interesting shows.

Call of Duty: Ghosts new screenshots and info following All Access show
Activision kicked-off E3 early this year with an unprecedented live telecast to fans around the world, showcasing a first look at new gameplay from the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts and we have four new screenshots to show off.
Featuring an all-new world, new story, new characters and new experiences, all powered by a new, next-gen engine, Call of Duty: Ghosts is not only a stunning leap forward for the mega-hit franchise, but also showcases what’s possible on next generation consoles. Hosted by Spike TV’s Geoff Keighley and Internet personality iJustine, the live 30-minute broadcast titled “Call of Duty: Ghosts All Access“gave fans of the worldwide phenomenon the first chance to go behind the scenes with Activision’s acclaimed studio Infinity Ward, for a look at the upcoming title two days before the start of 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 Expo).
“Every year our team puts on an amazing production to showcase our games at E3, a spectacle that delivers an epic, immersive experience that takes your breath away. Yet all our fans aren’t able to be here and share in the moment,” said Activision Publishing CEO, Eric Hirshberg. “So, since our fans can’t come to E3, we’re bringing E3 to them. This year we’re making sure the Call of Duty community is first in line to see Call of Duty: Ghosts as we kick-off what’s going to be a historic week.”
Gamers saw the level “Into the Deep,” a beautiful and awe-inspiring underwater mission that pulses with lifelike realism and heart-pounding tension; “No Man’s Land,” an eerie glimpse at the aftermath of a world recovering from a catastrophic event, as well as the first chance for gamers to get their first peek at Riley, the new canine character in Call of Duty: Ghosts. The televised special, which was broadcast live on television on DirecTV, on consoles and on popular online outlets around the world, offered viewers a sneak peek at the gameplay a full two days before the industry commences its annual E3 conference. The global telecast also featured a series of interviews with members of the Infinity Ward development team, as well as Academy Award® winning writer Stephen Gaghan, who is penning the script for the new title.
Fans also got a sneak peek at a massive, immersive and unprecedented video wall built by Activision for show attendees on-site at E3. Call of Duty’s “Show Mode” experience also features state-of-the-art visual/sound effects, controlled pyrotechnics, wind, smoke and low-lying fog to highlight original Call of Duty content, providing a truly unique experience for attendees at the show.
With an amazing level of attention down to the smallest detail, where each hair is noticeable on character models, scratches and bruises are apparent, and even the dirt beneath fingernails of characters are recognizable, Call of Duty: Ghosts sets a new bar of visual fidelity and near photorealism without sacrificing any performance, maintaining the hallmark of 60 frames per second-on every platform-to provide that signature Call of Duty smoothness and gameplay.
“Our new tech is allowing us to deliver an absolutely stunning next generation Call of Duty experience on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, but that’s not all. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions will reap the benefits of our new tech as well, which we believe will make this the most striking Call of Duty game ever created, regardless of what platform our fans choose,” said Infinity Ward, executive producer, Mark Rubin.
Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on Xbox 360, PlayStation3 and PC on November 5. Call of Duty: Ghosts will also release on the Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 later this year.
