ZTE has unveiled the Grand Memo handset at the Mobile World Congress. The 5.7-inch' phablet' device is expected to compete with Samsung's Galaxy Note line when it launches later this year.

Asus PadFone Infinity Launched

The Asus PadFone Infinity has a 5-inch 1080p display, LTE connectivity, and is powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, which puts it on par with the best around.
