The evasi0n jailbreak has already been updated for the iOS 6.1.2 update released by Apple yesterday.

Evasi0n is an iOS 6.1 jailbreak which supports the iPhone 5, 4S, 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4th generation and 5th generation and both the iPad Mini and iPad 3rd & 4th generation.

Remember if you are going to use this jailbreak make sure you backup your device before hand!
