I have added three libraries: one for movies, one for the TV show Entourage and one for the TV show Outsourced. Adding libraries is easy: click the + sign and enter the required information. Here is the detail for my Movies section:
I would avoid adding a Music section on an ARM-based NAS as it absolutely hammers the server as it builds all of the metadata. As it is, I pointed the NAS at the movies directory and left it alone for 24 hours while it built all of the metadata and downloaded the screen art, then added the other sections. Just point Plex at the relevant directories on your QNAP NAS and it will analyze the contents and determine the best way to play it back. Here is a peek inside my Movies section:
