Two minute review of the Compro Technology IP540P Security Camera

Once the software has been installed it’s time to configure the camera itself. Take your time going through this wizard, making sure anything you select is what you want. Don’t worry though as you can easy change your mind later.

Using the Camera

Now it’s time to start using the camera.

This is the ComproView software in action, you can see the image from the camera and also various other information, including CPU and Disk usage. You can also control the camera from here, including zoom, pan and tilt. You can start or stop recordings and make any settings changes you want too.

You can also take still images if you want.

There are a lot of different settings that you can change and tweak, depending on your preferences and requirements.
