Installing Windows Server 2012 Essentials in Hyper-V on Windows 8

Create New Virtual Machine, Load Windows Server 2012 Essentials Beta

Now for the fun part!  Back to Hyper-V manager.  First, click on New and choose Virtual Machine.

The New Virtual Machine Wizard appears.

We want to manually configure this machine so we click on Next.  Name your new virtual machine and verify where the data will be stored.  When ready click Next.

Specify the amount of memory.  I specified 4096MB and ticked the box enabling dynamic memory.  Click next.

Choose that virtual switch that we configured at the start of the process.  Click next.
