Click on Target Management. Click on Quick Configuration Wizard.
I chose ISCSI Target Only. Click Next.
Give your target a name and alias. Click Next.
If you want to use authentication, set it up here. I skipped that.
Confirm your settings and click Next.
Success! Click Finish.
