Click on the drive and then click Continue. The USB drive will be erased so make sure you have copied anything off it that you want to keep.

The recovery disk is then created.

Then it is verified.

And that is it – all done!

To use it in the future, just plug it in, switch on your Mac and hold down the Option key. Then choose the Recovery HD to start the recovery process.
