Cool I’ll have to give this a try. I’m a fan of jailbreaking my iPhone but I’ve yet to do much with my Apple TV 2 box. I mostly got the Apple TV so I could view AirPlay photos/videos on my TV. I’ve since found the MCE Air Play (for Media Center) so I can stream photos/videos to my Windows 7 computer while in Media Center mode. I’ll be putting the Apple TV 2 in my bedroom now so this add-on sounds perfect to watch stuff from my windows home server box. I have the Xbox 360 but it doesnt hurt to have better coverage with the apple tv and aTV. I also found a cheap HDMI “auto” switch box so I can automatically see what ever device is powered on at the time. (either Apple TV 2 or Xbox 360) no buttons/remotes needed to switch inputs. (all auto!)
cool 🙂 and thanks for the tip. Let us know how you get on.
