INSTALLING DVBLINK NETWORK CLIENT
This part is done on the client computer – not the server!
You can now start the Network Client installation by running the DVBLinkNetworkClient.msi file and following the onscreen prompts.
This bit is very important, make sure you choose the Install option!
Just make sure you reboot before continuing or you may have some problems – DO IT!
CONFIGURING DVBLINK NETWORK CLIENT
Before you do anything else, and AFTER you have rebooted you need to make some configuration changes.
Launch the DVBLink Client Configuration from the DVBLink menu.
The first time you start it you will be told that it hasn’t been configured yet – don’t worry as that is what we are going to do next.
Type in the IP address or the machine name of the server in the Address box that currently says “localhost” and then click OK.
If all is well, and it should be, you will then be presented with a list of available channels (which matches the list you saw when you configured the tuners in the previous How To guide).
And that’s it for this step, now all you need to do is configure Media Center to use the tuners.
