Yesterday (Sunday), Three brought a little bit of colour to the streets of London as it revealed a series of gigantic rainbow dog poo’s across the capital.
Known for viral hits such as the dancing Shetland pony and sing kitty advert, the bright dog-doodies were ‘pooped-up’ outside some of the city’s most iconic landmarks as well as alongside a series of dog-themed hot spots to tease their latest service offering.

Who won at the British Academy Games Awards

BAFTA has announced the winners of tonight’s British Academy Games Awards, which celebrated the very best in games of the past year. The ceremony was hosted by Dara O’Briain at Troxy, London.

What Remains of Edith Finch, the second game from BAFTA-winning developer Giant Sparrow Studios, won Best Game. Giant Sparrow previously won for The Unfinished Swan in the debut game category in 2013.
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, which explores the titular character’s struggle with mental health issues, won Artistic Achievement, Audio Achievement, British Game, Game Beyond Entertainment and Melina Juergens won in the Performer category for her role as Senua.
Super Mario Odyssey, the 3D platform game from Nintendo, won Game Design and Family.
Another eight games were winners on the night. The hand-drawn story puzzle game, Gorogoa, won Debut Game. Following its win at last year’s awards for Multiplayer, the team-based first-person shooter Overwatch won Evolving Game. Golf Clash, the real-time multiplayer game, won Mobile Game. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the action-adventure game, won the BAFTA for Game Innovation. The role-playing game Divinity: Original Sin 2 won in Multiplayer. Cuphead, the run-and-gun indie game, won in Music. Night in the Woods, the adventure game focusing on exploration, story and character, won the BAFTA for Narrative. The action role-playing game Horizon Zero Dawn won for Original Property.

The Fellowship was presented to Tim Schafer in recognition of his outstanding creative contribution to the industry and for his illustrious career in game design.

The Hunger Games will come to British shores in a world exclusive, with a full live orchestra as a unique cinematic concert experience.

Presented in stunning HD via a giant screen, the tour will bring to life The Hunger Games’ renowned and imposing soundtrack as never before with a full symphony orchestra. Beginning in Manchester on 12th July, the tour will then take in Liverpool and London before finishing up in Birmingham.

Based on the successful trilogy of young adult fiction books by Suzanne Collins, the film is set in a dystopian, post-apocalyptic future, telling story of Katniss Everdeen, who takes part in the Hunger Games – a televised competition in which the twelve districts of the country of Panem choose a person at random to fight to the death.

Having grossed an unprecedented $694million worldwide, The Hunger Games has won many awards – not least for the breakout performance by Jennifer Lawrence, including Best Actress at the MTV Movie Awards. The 220 mm German made Accuton bass driver uses a special ultra stiff ceramic – sandwich dome. FEA optimized overhung motor design with 38 mm titanium voice coil former guarantees very low energy storage and good heat transfer.
The mid-bass unit, developed by Accuton, is a sophisticated design with special attention paid to the titanium voice coil former and the surrounding air gap to provide maximum freedom from dynamic compression in conjunction with the use of a special ultra stiff ceramic dome.
It is valued for its midrange neutrality, mated to its own acoustic enclosure. All moving elements of the driver are ventilated for resonance-free response.
The new 25 mm high-frequency driver has an ultra hard ceramic dome and no ferrofluid filling. A unique FEA optimized underhung motor design with vented aluminium voice coil former and double neodymium magnet guarantees low energy storage, excellent heat transfer and high excursion capability for low power compression and ultra-low distortion around.

THE PREPARATION
Each drive unit is “broken in” by running a signal through them for several hours before selecting matching pairs of drivers for each speaker pair. When drivers in matching pairs, another ‘break in’ with a special signal is conducted. Finally, drivers are fitted into the finished cabinet for individual tuning.
The components used were chosen through hundreds of listening tests based on subjective musicality – drivers, Teflon hybrid capacitors, inductors, Kubala-Sosna internal wiring etc.
