It looks like the rumours of The Last of Us (Remastered) from Naughty Dog is coming to PlayStation 4 is real.

A banner advertising the game for Naughty Dog’s epic zombie survival popped up on the US Sony Entertainment Network website, with listing a $59.99 price. As it also mentions of it being a Day 1 Digital release, this also confirms a physical version, with a rumour date of June this year.
