Final Thoughts

The RIG 500 PRO HC Gaming Headset is lightweight and easy to carry around if you want to take it places with you.  It’s comfortable to wear for long periods of time too.

Unlike other headsets where you just pull down on the ear cups and adjust the position to fit your head, with the RIG 500 PRO HC, you actually unclip the ear cups and move them into one of three slots on the headset. Whilst this is really easy to do, for some people it might not provide that perfect fit, so you might want to test it out for yourself first.

Sound quality is very good, and you even get a two year licence for Dolby Atmos included which makes the sound even better. You can also control the volume from a little switch on the headset cable.

The microphone is easily removable if you don’t want to have it plugged in, and its position is also adjustable so that you can put it in the best position for you. It good quality and whoever you are playing with will be able to hear you clearly. It even mutes when you flip it up.

Over this is a very good quality headset, and with a licence for Dolby Atmos included you can’t go wrong.

The RIG 500 PRO HC Gaming Headset is available now priced around £79.90.
