Unlike other headsets where you just pull down on the ear cups and adjust the position to fit your head, with the RIG 300 PRO HX, you actually unclip the ear cups and move them into one of three slots on the headset. Whilst this is really easy to do, for some people it might not provide that perfect fit, so you might want to test it out for yourself first.
