Designing the Assassins Creed Unity Missions Exclusive Interview with Bruno St-Andre

Ubisoft recently took us to Paris to take a look at Assassin’s Creed Unity – in this interview we talk to Bruno St-Andre about the designing the missions.

Paris, 1789. The French Revolution turns a once-magnificent city into a place of terror and chaos. Its cobblestoned streets run red with the blood of commoners who dare to rise up against an oppressive aristocracy. Yet as the nation tears itself apart, a young man named Arno will embark upon an extraordinary journey to expose the true powers behind the Revolution. His pursuit will throw him into the middle of a ruthless struggle for the fate of a nation, and transform him into a true Master Assassin.

Bruno has been has a mission designer on the Assassin’s Creed brand for the last 6 years, for a total of 8 years in the game industry.

Over his career Bruno has been part of TMNT, Shaun White Snowboarding , Assassin’s Creed I, II, Brotherhood, Revelation & Liberation

Currently Mission Design Director on ACU, he is responsible for the Single Player campaigns missions. He has the mandate to bring a fresh new feeling into the Mission design and making sure the game offers a lot of variety and a great player experience throughout the campaign.

So over to Bruno, and there’s some new Xbox One gameplay in there too:

Assassin’s Creed Unity will be released November 13th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
