Equipped with a 2.4″ LCD screen with a QVGA resolution (320 x 240 pixels), the handset is the first phone to feature a dedicated WhatsApp button, offering instant access to the messaging service. Other features include a 2-megapixel camera on the rear, a microSD slot, and Easy Swap support for switching between the two SIMs.

The Asha 210 supports WiFi and dual-band GPRS/EDGE, and offers local connectivity through microUSB and Bluetooth, but does not feature 3G or 4G options. “The Nokia Asha 210 really stands out giving super-social consumers new ways to express their personalities through design, colour and innovations like the world’s first WhatsApp button,” said Nokia’s Timo Toikkanen.
