The video releases only days after the Battlefield 4 box art was allegedly leaked online.
The Battlefield 4 illustration bore the same colour scheme as an event invite sent to Polygon, which stated that Battlefield 4 would be launched at a press conference on March 26.
Other sites had suggested that it would be unveiled at the Game Developers Conference, which runs between March 25 and 29.
Battlefield 4 was previously announced for next-generation consoles, but it is unclear whether publisher EA intends to launch the game in 2014 or during the current fiscal year.
The studio recently gave GameStop store managers a sneak preview of the new game and it was said to have received a “huge ovation”.
