And that it is, the screen stops taking input and I have to back out of the app. SecureView Mobile is fine on IOS, but can’t be recommended on Android.
Fortunately, there is an option: IP Camera Viewer, available as a paid app on both IOS and Android. It works better than SecureView Mobile on both operating systems and costs $3.99, well worth the cost in my opinion. I have the light version that shows ads, which is not available any longer, but the paid version only differs in that there are no ads. Here is the 651 on IP Camera Viewer:
Note the pan-tilt-zoom controls on the left side, and the other two cameras that I use on the bottom strip. Let’s PTZ from this app; click on PTZ Preset and select 2.
The picture is blurry since I captured the screenshot while the camera was panning, but you get the idea; the app tells you that the preset change has been initiated.
