Using the Case and Keyboard
Fitting the iPad 2 into the case was simple (getting it out again was a little harder) and having a stand on the back made it very simple to put into position.
After you have opened the case, the flap can be rotated so that it is not in the way of the screen. This may not sound like a big deal but it is!
The next job is to charge the keyboard. To do this just plug in the USB cable and wait. The first charge needs to be around 3 hours. If the light starts blinking red when you are using it then it’s time to charge it up again.
Then it’s time to switch on and pair it with your iPad 2.
To do this, just press the button on the side of the keyboard and ensure Bluetooth is on.
You will then see a new device called Bluetooth Keyboard (Not Paired). Just tap that to continue.
Type the pin code displayed on your iPad 2 on the keyboard and press the Enter key.
And that’s it – the keyboard and iPad 2 are paired.
There are also a series of shortcut keys available to use – look under the keyboard for a sticky reminder!
