Create a User Group

Click on Create a User Group to start the Create a User Group wizard.  Give the group a name and click Next.

TurboNAS wants to know if you’d like to assign users now.  I do so click Yes and then Next.  If you clicked No, TurboNAS would let you go back later to add users to the group.

I am adding all three other user accounts to this group.

The NAS confirms what it did for you.  Click Finish.

You’ve created a user group!  Easy!

Create Multiple Users

You can also create multiple users at a time.  Click on Create Multiple Users.  Click Next.

TurboNAS supports using a prefix and then a serial number to create the users.  Also tell TurboNAS what password to assign to each user.  Click Next.
