These type of devices are becoming more and more popular, and with a decent price it is certainly cheaper that putting in a full blown Media Center box.

I hear that the case is metal so that acts as a heat sink. but the UI is dreadful. I hear the extender intergration is nice and there is a WHS SageTV addin, This thing can be used to setup and record TV so that's a plus for this device. Also PlukyHD has a MyMovies addin that is worth taking a look.
