Toshiba have a series of USB 2.0 hard drives known as the StorE Art range – here we review the 500GB model.

The StorE Art is a sleek looking 2.5” external HDD which will keep all your files safe with NTI BackupNow EZ Software, 256 bit encryption for added security and shock protection. It also features Drive Space Alert, which will let you know when the drive is getting full.

Apart from the drive itself, there is a Quick install guide and a very short USB cable. The full user manual and other software is on the drive itself.

USING THE DRIVE

Just connect the drive and it is ready to use in a few seconds once Windows has identified it and installed any drivers it might need.
