It was only last week that Apple released version 10.2 of iTunes in preparation for the release of the iPad 2 and iOS 4.3. Well today they have just released version 10.2.1, so you should go get the update now.
Today was the day that Apple announced the iPad 2. If you are in the US you can get it next week, everyone else has to wait until later this month. But either way, you can get the latest version of iTunes today.
