Tickets to London’s biggest gaming extravaganza of the year are now on sale as Upper Street Events and Endemol release the first batch of tickets for Legends of Gaming Live at Alexandra Palace.
Public days are 4th – 6th September 2015 and tickets are now available for morning (9.00am – 2:30pm) or afternoon sessions (4:00pm – 9:30pm), priced at £21.99 per person per session.
Each ticket allows access to the vast expo hall, which will feature the latest games from some of the biggest names in the industry, in addition to the Legends of Gaming Arena – a 5,000 capacity hall which will feature live competitions, on-stage demonstrations and appearances from some of the UK’s most popular gaming YouTubers.
A very limited number of VIP tickets are also available for each session which, among other things, offer access to a private lounge, a special VIP viewing area and the opportunity to meet and greet some of the YouTubers in attendance. Full details are available on the Legends of Gaming website.
Legends of Gaming Live will feature a number of first UK appearances from some of the year’s hottest games. Exhibitors confirmed so far include GAME, Nintendo, Asus, Konami, 2K Games, Intel, Cooler Master, GT Omega, Mattessons, Emerge and Roto VR.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Avalanche Studios today released the Mad Max Gameplay Overview Trailer for the Mad Max video game coming this autumn.
Set in the post-apocalyptic future, the trailer provides a glimpse into the desperate struggle Max faces after losing it all his family, his car, his sanity and the steps he must take to survive in the harsh and desolate Wasteland.
For the first time, players get an extended look at the deep car customization, metal grinding vehicular combat, brutal melee combat and a wide range of other activities they can engage in during their quest to build the ultimate survival vehicle, the Magnum Opus, and find solace in the Plains of Silence.
All footage in the trailer is in-engine, comprised of actual game play and in-game cinematics.

Today Three has announced a big network expansion which will see the 800MHz LTE switched on from this September.
Also this September Three are launching VoLTE (voice over LTE) this will bring extra coverage to 3.2 million homes, it’ll also start integrating the Three inTouch WiFi Calling service.
This mean you’ll be able to make WiFi calls natively, straight from the regular phone dialer without having to open up a separate app, like you do with EE.
At the announced we found out that Three have been silently rolling out 800MHz coverage in many parts of the UK. When it goes live with the switch on of VoLTE this will become available to approximately two million Three users (if you are using handset compatible with VoLTE such as the iPhone 6, 6+, Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and many more) list to be confirmed.
By the end of next year 2016, this will increase to four million users on the Three network.
Three will continue to work on providing the most reliable network (as voted in YouGov surveys), stating that 36% of customers value coverage, 47% value reliability and 9% value speed.
With Three 30% of the data being carried on Three’s network is now on 4G. At the moment there is a 50 megabit cap that was put in place soon after Three’s 4G launch has been removed, this means there is now no artificial limit to data speeds on its network.
Three will get its final allocation of 1800MHz spectrum from EE in October this year, this should make it available to all of the UK soon afterwards.
VoLTE means to ditch the requirement to have sufficient 3G coverage as a fallback for voice calls, allowing the 4G coverage to increase beyond the current footprint massively boosting Three’s 4G coverage.
Owners of phones purchased elsewhere, or older phones, may be able to do a software update to enable VoLTE depending on the age of the device.
Bryn Jones, Three’s Chief Technical Officer, said “Our aim is to keep our customers connected wherever they are. Adding low-frequency spectrum to our network and enabling voice calls over 4G and Wi-Fi, will mean Three customers can stay connected in more places than ever before.”
Danny Dixon, Director of Customers Strategy, said “The Three inTouch app has been highly successful with over 1 million users to date. Seamless connectivity on mobile and Wi-Fi is a key part of our future strategic direction and by using the app, our customers will never miss that important call or text, whether they’re in the home, commuting to work or away on holiday”
The network also hinted about further improvements to the inTouch service, which currently allows users to make calls and text using Wi-Fi.
Today (22nd April) Three has announced that the Honor 6+ will be available to buy from 1st May, on both PAYG (£299.99) and on a range of 24 month contracts.
Three customers will be able to buy the device exclusively on Three online and for the first time ever walk in-store and purchase it from as little as £19 upfront and then £24 per month on a contract.
With different range of plans available to suit varying needs and all plans include added benefits from Three such as 4G at no extra cost in 4G enabled areas, and Feel at Home, where you can use your phone abroad in 18 destinations at no extra cost.
