Twentieth Century Fox release app called Movie of the Day

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has debuted the all-new Movie of the Day app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, giving movie lovers everywhere the opportunity to purchase their favourite Fox films on Digital HD through daily flash sales.

The Movie of the Day app’s user friendly interface gives consumers a 24-hour window to buy a brand new movie each and every day at a discounted price of up to 70% off and add it to their iTunes library. Launching today in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France, fans can get great deals on films from some of the biggest franchises on Digital HD as they become available through the app including Alien, Die Hard, Planet of the Apes, Rio, The Sound of Music, X-Men and more. The Movie of the Day app is available only on the App Store.

The Movie of the Day app is loaded with content, allowing fans to easily view video clips, read the synopsis, see cast and crew information and even read reviews of each film. Once ready to purchase a film, users simply click once in the app using their iTunes account and the film is added to their iTunes library. Fans can even choose to share the experience through social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter, allowing friends the opportunity to see the latest flash sale and download the app themselves. The app will offer all types of films for sale each day, from indie to blockbuster, romantic comedy to horror.

Each and every day a new or classic movie will be available for purchase for a low price. The app is powered by the storefront management tools built by Premiere Digital.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released the latest trailer for LEGO Jurassic World where players are invited to join a VIP tour of LEGO Jurassic World’s state-of-the-art facility and get a glimpse of LEGO dinosaurs like Indominus Rex, Mosasaurus and the Creation Lab.

Focus Home Interactive line up for E3 announced

Focus Home Interactive today reveals their E3 2015 line-up of titles for E3 on the 16th to 18th June. Here is a list of the games at E3 next month.

– Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition (PS4, Xbox One, PC), the multi-award winning RPG developed by Larian Studios arrives on consoles, with a load of new features and enhanced graphics.

– Blood Bowl 2 (PS4, Xbox One, PC), developed by Cyanide Studio, smashes Games Workshop’s Warhammer and American football together, in an explosive cocktail of turn-based strategy, humour and brutality.

– The Technomancer (PS4, Xbox One and PC), a sci-fi, post-apocalyptic RPG set in a cyberpunk world from studio Spiders, that will bring you to the hazardous red planet.

– Mordheim: City of the Damned (Consoles, PC) is the videogame adaptation of Games Workshop’s cult classic tabletop game. This is a turn-based strategy game that blends RPG elements, fast-paced tactical combat and intricate unit customization in a time wrought by chaos and rivalry.

– Space Hulk Deathwing (PS4, Xbox One, PC) by Streum On Studio is a First-Person Shooter experience of Games Workshop’s classic boardgame Space Hulk, set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

– Battlefleet Gothic: Armada (PC), developed by Tindalos Interactive, is the real-time strategy adaptation of Games Workshop’s tabletop game, that stages the dark, deadly and intense space battles from the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

– Farming Simulator (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox360, PC, Mac, Vita) joins E3 after its recent release on consoles. Developer Giants Software will tell you more about the future edition, and will unveil the first official Farming Simulator wheel controller, created by Saitek.

– Act of Aggression (PC), the new real-time strategy game on PC from Wargame creator Eugen Systems. Act of Aggression draws inspiration from the Golden Era of RTS titles, with a unique near-future techno thriller ambiance.

– Vampyr, the RPG from DontNod, will unveil its first teaser trailer at E3!

Whats the lineup Games with Gold for June 2015

Today Microsoft has announced its upcoming Games with Gold lineup for June that features three new games and one returning title.

Xbox One users will be able to download Massive Chalice for free starting on June 1 and will remain free to download until the end of the month. As an added “bonus”, Pool Nation FX will once again be offered for an additional month, making this the third month in a row it’s being offered as part of Games with Gold.

Xbox 360 owners will be able to download Just Cause 2 starting June 1 through June 15. Then, on June 16, Thief will be available to download for free through June 30th.

Disney Infinity 3.0 Inside Out Play Set Gameplay

At a recent behind closed doors event with Disney, we got to see, and play some of the new Disney Infinity 3.0 game.

In this video we show off some of the new Pixar’s Inside Out Play Set captured from the PS4 version of the game.

Based on Disney Pixar’s much anticipated film Inside Out releasing in the UK on 24 June, the Inside Out Play Set takes place in Riley’s mind after she inadvertently catches a glimpse of a scary movie as she is falling asleep. Her Emotions — Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness — rally together to calm the turmoil that has overtaken Imagination Land as a result of Riley seeing the movie. Broccoli, pie cannons, bats and even swamp creatures are running rampant through Riley’s mind. As single-player or two-player co-op, players must help Riley’s Emotions journey through Imagination Land, work together using each character’s unique skills to defeat enemies, gather Riley’s displaced memories, and return them to the Long Term with the help of Mind Workers before Riley awakens.

Disney Interactive has today revealed more information and assets for Disney•Pixar’s Inside Out Play Set, an innovative puzzle-solving action-platformer, available this autumn for Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, the ultimate family gaming platform that features characters from across The Walt Disney Company, including Disney, Disney•Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars franchises.

Based on Disney•Pixar’s much anticipated film Inside Out releasing in the UK on 24th June, the Inside Out Play Set takes place in Riley’s mind after she inadvertently catches a glimpse of a scary movie as she is falling asleep. Playable characters for the Play Set include Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. Each figure comes with special powers to combat swamp creatures and other nightmare beasts:

● Joy – A ray of lighthearted, optimistic sunshine that brings cheer to every adventure. She can glide across gaps the others can’t overcome.

● Fear – Frightful bundle of nerves is the fastest runner. He can cross bridges and platforms before they collapse.

● Anger – Hot-headed powerhouse can cross beds of hot lava with ease.

● Disgust – Always disgusted, she repels off the clouds letting her jump higher than anyone.

● Sadness – Worrisome friend turns waves of sadness into melancholy fun, and can travel on clouds without them fading beneath her.
