The guys over at BYOB, including our very own MVP Tim Daleo, have released the BYOB podcast episode 27.

Last night we recorded this weeks Digital Lifestyle Show podcast and Ian has already released it!

We have posted a few stories about people using the Microsoft Kinect device to control all sorts of thing away from the Xbox, but this is the first one we have posted that might be of real interest to a lot of people – and its called KinEmote. So how long I wonder until a Media Center version?

Apple have also just released a firmware update for the new Apple TV, bringing it up to 4.1.1. This update is supposed to fix the issue some people experienced with content only displayed at 420p.

This week, Boxee released a firmware update to the Boxee Box by D-Link. This firmware update delivered a few improvements, but mainly bug fixes.
