These technophobe-friendly earbuds are the perfect choice if you want the best audio quality and a market-leading brand. They offer plenty of preset profiles for perfect audio, and they offer exceptional battery life. Therefore, you’ll enjoy spectacular sound and a trouble-free experience.

Technical aspects.
The Arctis GameBuds offer up to 40 hours of audio from one charge of the charging case. With 10 hours of use per charge, you can enjoy extended gaming sessions. Additionally, the quick charge feature allows you to top up your earbuds while you are working or between games.
These earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 or the wireless dongle for secure and robust connectivity. The dongle has a switch to move from Xbox-only to PC/PlayStation use. Alternatively, you can use Bluetooth with your mobile phone for an extremely versatile approach. I used each of these connections with ease, and I enjoyed the quick tap facility to answer phone calls.
If you want a true multipoint audio system, these do not fulfil that requirement. Instead, they remain connected to both platforms and prioritise a phone call when it is answered. This was suitable for my needs, but if you want multiple simultaneous BT connections, this won’t be the device for you.
Audio quality.
The audio quality is where the Arctis GameBuds shine! It has ANC for a peaceful and immersive gaming experience. The 4-mic hybrid system reduces external noise and is perfect if you are gaming at the office or on your commute to work. Although it doesn’t reduce all outside noise, it offers enough protection to keep you focused on your game or film.
The built-in microphone does a great job of delivering clear and crisp voice pickup. It was ideal for Discord, party chat, or phone calls to friends and loved ones. I experienced no echoing or broken/tinny comms. Instead, it picks up every moment with 100% accuracy.
Finally, the tonal range is fantastic. Each point can be picked out, and there isn’t an imbalance to worry about. Furthermore, the bass is exceptional. Although it can be super powerful, this relates to the preloaded audio profile you select. With 200+ presets to select, you will always have the best and most immersive soundscape for your gaming experience.
Build quality.
The Arctis GameBuds are compact, durable, and lightweight. This small design is ideal for exceptional gaming sessions. With smooth silicone tips and touch panel connectivity, these earbuds offer reduced fatigue for hardcore gamers.
The charging case is a simple item that keeps your earbuds powered up and safe. The shell design is slender, hard-wearing, and ideal to chuck in your pocket or bag. Consequently, it is perfect for heavy-handed gamers.
Are the Arctis GameBuds worth it?
