IMAX Announces Special Formatting and New Art for Thor: Ragnarok

Today IMAX has released exclusive art for the film featuring Thor surrounded by the movie’s all-star line-up of characters including Hulk, Loki, Valkyrie, Hela, and more.

Fans who see Thor: Ragnarok in IMAX will get to experience more of the galactic adventure than those that see it in standard cinemas. In IMAX, select scenes will feature a 1.9:1 aspect ratio. This special formatting means that IMAX moviegoers will see 26% more of the image and the action than in standard cinemas.

Thor: Ragnarok opens in IMAX cinemas on 24th October.
