What’s in the box?

A Closer Look

Fit one of the battery packs onto the back of your controller. Obviously you might want to go for the same colour pack as the controller – in this case this was just the review unit we were sent.

Then place the controllers on the charger.

Final Thoughts

Whether you have one controller or two (or more) at some point you will need to charge them, and why not charge them when they are sitting on the side not being used? That’s where the Twin:Charge SX comes in to play.

To set it up you just plug in the USB cable into the charger, and then into either a wall socket (if you have a plug) or to your Xbox Series S or X (or other USB port) and that’s it! Then you replace the batteries in your controller with one fo the battery packs. Then you just put the controller on the charger and wait.

When the controllers are charging the LEDs on the front show Red and when the controllers are charged they show Green.

Battery life is very good – you can get a good gaming session in without worrying, and you can even buy extra battery packs if you want to always have a charged one ready to go at the drop of a hat.

All very simple and uncomplicated – just what you want to ensure that your controllers stay charged and are ready to use when you need them. If you have a Xbox Series S or X this bit of kit is a must.

Available now, the Twin:Charge SX from snakebyte is priced around £25.
