An animated short for Star Fox Zero, titled Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins, will air on 20th April at 11pm UK time (00:00 CEST on 21st April), Nintendo has announced today.
Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins was produced in collaboration with Shigeru Miyamoto, Production I.G. and WIT Studio. The animated short stars some well-known and beloved characters from Star Fox Zero, although Nintendo didn’t disclose what exactly will be going on in the video. Judging by “The Battle Begins”, we’d have to guess the animated short takes place prior to the start of Star Fox Zero.
Once the animated short finishes, Nintendo will be holding a live Nintendo Treehouse event that will feature both Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard.
