At the Sony press conference Media Molecule showed that it’s not leaving the world of Tearaway just yet. With the first game’s success on PS Vita, now the studio is now focusing on PlayStation 4 with a whole new entry called Tearaway Unfolded.
Just as with its Vita counterpart, the PlayStation 4 version of Tearaway will take advantage of its platform’s unique features. The game will take advantage of the DualShock 4’s touch pad, microphone, and gyroscope. It will also take advantage of the PS4 hardware to create whole new paper-based environments. Effects like wind will make their debut, leading to the Tearaway world’s most logical mechanic: paper airplanes.
Tearaway Unfolded is coming in 2015 to PS4.
