The Making of Flashback

Ubisoft is bringing Flashback back after 20 years after the original game’s launch, Conrad is enlisted back to active service for the triumphant return of one of the most acclaimed franchises in gaming history.

It is Flashback re-imagined. The original Core-Team revamped their own creation, leveraging the best of today’s technology while remaining true to the classic side-scroller that set the standards of the genre in the 90’s.

Microsoft announced last week that Flashback HD will be part of the Summer of Arcade and will launch on XBLA on 21st August for 800 Microsoft Points PC & PSN version no release dates/price at the moment.

Even though the plot remains faithful to the original game, the missions have been revamped to speak to 21^st century gamers. The maps have been complexified and now benefit from a range of details and animations even wider. Try not to lose your way in the deep jungle!
