Final Fantasy X-2 HD has been given a selection of new screens by Square Enix.
The latest Final Fantasy X-2 images showcase the game’s updated HD visuals.
In addition to close up shots of the game’s characters, the images explore some of the game’s enhanced environments.
Announced earlier this year, Square Enix will release both PS2 role-playing games with high definition visuals on PS3 and Vita later this year.
While on Vita both games will be available individually, on PS3 they will arrive as a bundle package.
The 2002 PlayStation 2 original tells the story of Blitzball star Tidus, who joins a pilgrimage to prevent a whale-like creature from destroying the planet.
The sequel focuses on Yuna, who has become a High Summoner following her experiences in Final Fantasy X.
Square Enix’s next major release in the series will be Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
