Yesterday at Grand Designs Live 2013, model and British Fashion Council ambassador, Laura Bailey opened Samsung’s Connected Home to showcase some of the brand’s most innovative products, including the brand new Samsung Galaxy S4.
Visitors to the popular London show will be able to experience the latest Samsung gadgets including the brand new NX300 camera, flagship F8000 Samsung Smart TV with voice and gesture control and the most recently launched ecobubble washing machine.
Featuring six distinct room settings, the Samsung Connected Home will be kitted out with the latest gadgets and products, including home cinema room, kitchen, gaming lounge, photography studio and gallery. The Samsung Connected Home will demonstrate how the products work together and connect with each other, allowing you to send an email or image from a device in one room to another or wirelessly printing.
One of the highlights of the Samsung House is the Samsung gallery room which will showcase the latest in art collecting for the 21st century through a partnership with s[edition], the leading platform used by the world’s most recognised artists to distribute art digitally through connected devices and screens. Available on all Samsung Smart TVs, the s[edition] Smart TV App provides a seamless way for people to bring art to their TV and transform their living room in a personal art gallery. s[edition] works directly with more than 40 of the world’s leading contemporary artists to bring their art to screens including Damien Hirst, Shepard Fairey, Tracey Emin, Jenny Holzer and Yoko Ono among others.
