Final Thoughts
The first thing to say is that ZOTAC don’t call it nano for nothing – it is small, very small!
And it work’s really well.
There are a couple of things you need to be aware of, the first one being that it doesn’t come with an operating system so you need to make sure you have a licence and the copy of whatever OS you want to install.
The second is that the hard drive is only 64GB which means that after the OS has been installed and configured there really isn’t that much room left for media. Although you can easily connect up external hard drives.
There are four USB ports although one of them is used for the wireless dongle, so you only have three usable ones on the rear, but that should still be enough.
I was happy to see that ZOTAC included a VESA mount in the box for attaching the ZBOX to the back of a TV or monitor – good idea there!
There is also a media card slot built in so you can easily display your pictures and videos.
Playback of media worked great and the ZBOX can be used as a great little Media Center PC, and they have even included a remote control, so you really do get quite a bit for your money.
Overall, if you are looking for a very small computer or media playback device you should take a long hard look at the ZBOX nano XS AD11 Plus!
Price wise, the ZOTAC ZBOX nano XS AD11 Plus retails for around £290, but have a look around as you may be able to find it cheaper.

I want to buy one of these for my living room at home. I saw one at the gadget show and it’s so tiny and cute but still plays 1080p movies!
