Earlier in the week we told you that Toshiba had announced a new all-in-one PC called the LX830. We had some hands-on time with it so here are our thoughts.
The LX830 is a 23” freeview enabled HDTV with a 1920 x 1080 resolution.
It has HDMI inputs for connected various devices and comes with optional Blu-ray.
The audio is provided by ONKYO speakers and SRS Premium sound.
The screen was very clear and the touch screen was very responsive. The sound was very good, although we were in a very noisy area at the time of playing with the LX830, so we expect it to be even better in a home environment.
I think Toshiba may be on to a winner with the LX830 and I will look forward to testing it in depth later in the year.
The LX830 will be available during Q3 2012 and the price will start from £599 for the base model.
