St Paul’s Cathedral
No sooner had we started to rise I spied St Paul’s and took a quick picture. I managed to get it tweeted pretty quickly.
The BT Tower
Next up was the BT Tower a few moments later!
Battersea Power Station
My third one would be Battersea Power Station – because of the distance, any zoomed in picture was too blurry so I took the best picture I could and began the same process as before.
That’s when disaster struck! We had reached the top of the London Eye – and suddenly our mobile data connections stopped working. You have never seen so many people suddenly panic, trying different connections, their own data plans, but nothing seemed to work. It was like the top of the Eye was a data dead zone!
Fortunately this didn’t last very long and as we started descending the data slowly came back and we all managed to get our pictures out.
The Shard
I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the Shard because of the problems with the data connection. All too soon we heard we were coming back to the ground and to prepare to leave.
Here the picture of the Shard the professional photographer who was with us took.
The 2nd Challenge
Once we got back to the hotel, the rush to start our presentations began. It was surprising just how easy it was to create a presentation using the web apps.
No sooner had we started than it was time to stop and present them.
Everyone’s presentation was excellent, and we all had a good laugh and the various comments and photos that were displayed.

Not bad….
