Overall, using the SSD on a SATA 6Gb/s connection gives some pretty good results, especially on read speeds.

Performance Testing – SATA 3G/bs

Using HD Tune Pro, the average Read speed was 172.1 MB/s.

The average Write speed was 137.0 MB/s.
