Tranquil PC have just released their AVA Media Video Transcoder add-in for Windows Home Server 2011 and best of all it’s free!
You will only be able to run this Add In on a powerful Home Server – ie the Tranquil Leo HS4 or Leo SS4 (Video Transcoding is a CPU intensive process. Running this Add In on an Intel Atom CPU is not realistic)
