In another of our “Two Minute” reviews, we take a look at the A-Frame iPad stand from Griffin Technology.
More than just a place for your iPad to call home, Griffin’s A-Frame for iPad is a simple, beautiful tool that helps you get the most use out of your iPad wherever you use it.
The heavy aluminum stand swings open to hold your iPad upright, in either portrait or landscape view — perfect for watching video or viewing pictures. Or close the legs and lay the stand down to hold your iPad at the perfect angle for desktop surfing, reading or gaming. Soft silicone cradles your iPad with room for its charge/sync cable. A-Frame is designed to accommodate your iPad inside its flexible or hard-shell case.

What’s in the Box?
There isn’t actually a box, just the stand with a cardboard wrap around.
A Closer Look
The stand is one-piece and just pulls apart.
Using the A-Frame
You can easily use the A-Frame with your iPad or iPad 2 in either portrait or landscape mode, and you can also use is laying flat.
Here is a short video of the A-Frame in action:
Final Thoughts
The A-Frame is really easy to use and I found it very comfortable when using it all its different positions.
It works with both the iPad 1 and iPad 2, and works fine if you have your iPad in a case as well.
This is now a permanent addition to my desktop!
The A-Frame can become marked quiet easily, but this isn’t really anything to worry about.
The A-Frame retails for £39.99 but you can get some great deals if you look around.
