This new range uses Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials.

Here is what Tranquil say:

2TB, 5TB, 10TB or more? After supplying storage servers for many years, we’re always amazed how much data our customers want to store – > 20TB, > 40TB or more!!

Doing that easily and safely previously could only be done at high cost, or with multiple untidy boxes.

With MonStor SSi systems (due late August 2011) all that will change.

  1. It’s nice to see Tranquil continue to grow and innovate their server product line. Storage Server 2008 Essentials offers an oppertunity to expand into the small & medium businnes market.

    From what Ian Dixon said, they are just down the road from him. I suggest a podcast with Tranquil is due for a return. Maybe add a onsite video,
