Here are the specifics for the drive:

SATA II 3.0 GB/s Connected

When connected to a SATA II 3.0 GB/s motherboard, the average Read is 248.2 MB/s.

And the Write is 183.7 MB/s.

And here are the file benchmarks:

So a very read good speed. However, Kingston claim a write speed of 230 MB/s and I could only get an average of 183.7 MB/s, so this was a little disappointing.
