So were there any announcements about Windows Home Server software or hardware at IFA 2010?

Unfortunately, the answer to that question was no.

The only sighting of a Windows Home Server was at the Acer booth where they were showing off the Acer Aspire easyStore H341, the successor to the the easyStore H340. And it was tucked away at floor level.

Hopefully CES may bring some exciting Windows Home Server news.
