Disney Infinity‘s Starter Pack, Play Sets and figurines have been given  pricing in North America.

The Starter Pack will retail for $74.99  (£46.85) when it launches in June. It will include the game and an Infinity Base  along with figurines for Jack Sparrow, Mr. Incredible and Sulley and a world  disc providing access to the Pirates of the Caribbean, Incredibles and Monsters University Play Sets.

Play Set packs will be priced at $34.99 (£21.86). These packs will include a  world disc with access to a single Disney themed Play Set and at least one  character figure to use in that world, though Disney representatives could not  confirm the exact number.

Additional character figurines will also be  available for $12.99 (£8.12) individually or $29.99 (£18.74) as a three  pack.

Disney representatives hinted at figure packs that could feature  either a variety of characters or a grouping of characters from the same Play  Set.

Disney will also release Power Disc packs for $4.99 (£3.12). Power Discs are  placed under a figure on the Infinity Base and come in three varieties: buffs,  items, and custom environments.

Each pack will include a random  assortment of Power Discs, though Disney would not confirm how many will be  included in a pack.

Buffs will augment a character, such as giving  stronger attacks or increasing the number of coins players collect. Items can  range from new weapons to vehicles, such as a ride-able Dumbo the elephant or  the Electric Mayhem bus from The Muppets.

Environment  customisation discs will change the theme for the sky and landscape in Toy Box  mode, including under the sea from Finding Nemo or the neon lights of Tron.

Over 20 figurines will be available on day one. While most of these will be  revealed leading up to launch, trailers and gameplay videos suggest that  characters from Cars, Wreck-It Ralph, Toy Story and Nightmare Before Christmas will make an appearance.

Disney  Infinity is a new platform from Disney that combines physical figurines  with a video game similar to Activision’s Skylanders series.

It  offers two contrasting modes through both Play Sets and the Toy Box.

Play  Sets are essentially self-contained and story-driven worlds for each respective  Disney universe, each featuring their own combat systems, toys and gameplay  styles.

Meanwhile, Toy Box allows players to freely mix and match  franchises and gadgets, along with deep customisation features to edit the  environment and even create new games.

Disney Infinity will be available on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii and Wii U  this summer, and on mobile and online platforms later in the  year.

Versions for the Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita are also in development,  though Disney will announce more details on them closer to launch.
