AC Worldwide has today announced the global availability of its Master Chief Bluetooth speaker. Following the licensing agreement with 343 Industries to design and manufacture Bluetooth speakers utilising characters and elements from the Halo universe, the first units are now rolling off the production line and will begin being shipped to pre-order customers across Europe, USA and Canada as well as available in retail outlets and online priced at £169 / $279 / €199.

Standing at 31 cm (a foot) tall the ACW Master Chief speaker boasts superior sound quality, deploying a full 2.1 system audio including two tweeters along with a down-facing ported subwoofer to deliver ground-shaking bass. Impressively this speaker is the first ever product to feature the voice of Master Chief himself, Steve Downes. When connecting the speaker to your chosen device, via Bluetooth or NFC, you’re greeted by Downes’ voice saying, ‘I have a job to do!’

Whether you want to hook up your smartphone or tablet wirelessly through Bluetooth, or plug in your Xbox via AUX, these speakers provide loud and crisp audio. Additionally, the USB charging port can be utilised to power phones, audio devices or even to charge or power console controllers.

AC Worldwide CEO and Founder Karl Grimsey said, “The past year has been fantastic for ACW, culminating in our Disney licensed Star Wars speakers winning the prestigious licensing award for innovation.  This year, we’re kicking off with the availability of our first speaker in a leading gaming franchise. We’d like to thank the team at 343 Industries for working with us to ensure this Master Chief speaker is an exact replica of Master Chief John-117. The Halo Universe is known the world over and we’re hoping that all the fans across the globe see our speaker as the perfect companion for their Xbox console.”
