As a fan of the franchise I’m pretty stoked, very happy that Michael Fassbender is playing as Callum. To me that’s a good sign along the same lines as Angelina Jolie taking the role of Lara Croft, she did that franchise great credit. Brendan Gleeson will add a bit of class, kinda neat that his character’s younger version (Joseph/Young Joseph) is being played by his actual son, Brian Gleeson according to imdb.
Jean-Claude Van Damme and Kylie Minogue aren’t in it either, so it’s all good.
