Yesterday 343 Industries showed off at San Diego Comic Con, to offer a little look at the Ridley Scott-produced Halo: Nightfall. The first trailer for the mini-series released today, revealing some of the new cast members and offering a glimpse into the story set to take place between Halo 4 and next year’s Halo 5: Guardians.
Jameson Locke is an Office of Naval Intelligence agent at the center of a biological attack. An element has been discovered, one which can solely kill humans. The ONI is sent into a pocket reserve in order to destroy it before a rogue faction plunges in and mines it for themselves. Their journey leads them to an ancient artifact, culminating in a climactic clash for survival. Get to know Agent Locke now, beacuse 343 is promising that he’ll play a major role in Halo 5.
Halo: Nightfall is set to arrive in November and will be included as part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
