The TH65 keyboard from Epomaker is their latest tiny device. It may be small in size, but it packs an almighty punch. It is a mechanical keyboard with a creamy and attractive soundscape. Moreover, it has vibrant RGB, and it is easy to use. Alongside this, it has a handy media knob to control your audio with the touch of a button. This is great if you love to be in control of your settings, but you are too lazy to adjust them from your PC.
If you need a meaty battery, the 8000 mAh battery offers around 2 weeks of battery life. Alongside this, it has tri-mode connectivity for the most versatile approach. This makes it a great option when you consider the lightweight design, small form factor, and ability to connect to multiple platforms. Alongside this, it is a plug-and-play or fully customisable device. Consequently, it is as complex or as easy to use as you like.

What’s in the box of the TH65 keyboard?
- The packaging is attractive and informative. Furthermore, it can be recycled.
- The TH65 keyboard comes in 3 colours. It has a media knob, a simple design, and easy-to-handle keys.
- Charge the device with the USB-C cable.
- Pull the keycaps and adjust the switches with the tools and spare accessories.

Technical aspects.
A tri-mode device lives and dies by its usability. Thankfully, the TH65 keyboard is as easy to use as it is versatile. With 3 Bluetooth profiles, a USB transmitter, or the USB-C cable, you can choose the right mode for you. Changing between BT profiles was easy, and connecting it to compatible devices was a walk in the park.
If you play wired or via the USB transmitter, you’ll enjoy 1000 Hz polling rates. This makes it a rapid gaming peripheral for lovers of every genre. In particular, fans of FPS, racing, or other sports titles will love the responsive polling rates. Word of warning: this drops to 125 Hz when using Bluetooth. Subsequently, this should be reserved for office work or slower games.
If you love to customise your devices, you can. The free-to-download app lets you adjust the vibrant RGB, key inputs, and macros. It has other functions as well, but I focused on RGB design and making the macros work for me. It is a reasonably intuitive piece of software, and most competent users will master it in no time.
The 8000 mAh battery is great if you need high performance but low wow factor. If you decide to use the RGB functionality, you’ll reduce the battery life considerably. However, if you can live without the showy lights, you’ll enjoy around 2 weeks of use between charges.

Build quality.
A comfortable keyboard is a must, but you also want something that is built to last. The TH65 keyboard fulfils both requirements. The switches and keycaps are responsive and great to use during lengthy gaming sessions. However, if you want to swap these out, you can with the provided tools and no technical skills. This was great, as you feel in charge of your peripherals.
If you stick to the provided elements, you’ll enjoy hard-wearing and mark-resistant keycaps. They resist unwanted scratches, marks, and that horrible greasy shine. Furthermore, the fonts last a lifetime, and I appreciated the translucent design and the vibrant RGB. The keyboard pops thanks to its customisable RGB lighting and specially designed keycaps. Alongside this, the case is lightweight but durable. It can withstand knocks and bumps when you commute. Furthermore, the hardened plastic case is perfect for heavy-handed gamers.
Finally, we all love a mechanical audio profile. However, it can be a little obnoxious. Luckily, 5 layers of acoustic foam deliver a dreamy and comfortable audio platform. Each keystroke sounds defined and clean. Furthermore, it isn’t going to annoy any surrounding people.

Is the TH65 keyboard worth it?
If you want a tiny keyboard that packs a punch, the TH65 keyboard does just that. It is loaded with modern tech, and I love the versatility and plug-and-play design. Additionally, it is affordable, stylish, and the RGB can light up a room. Accordingly, it is great, and I recommend buying it here!
