I’m not a trend setter, but the Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses from GUNNAR break the mould. They utilise a large singular lens for maximum coverage. Furthermore, they deliver some stylish accessories to make them pop. Accordingly, they blend designer eyewear with health-improving benefits that’ll appeal to gamers and office workers.
I’ve been using GUNNAR products for as long as I can remember, and I recommend them to anyone who uses a laptop or PC. The health benefits are exceptional. I no longer suffer from dry eyes, itchy lenses, or horrible glare-related headaches. Additionally, my productivity has increased because I no longer suffer from fatigue. These latest glasses offer all of those benefits alongside their niche, but eye-catching design.
Alienware are a much-loved brand. Therefore, when they collaborated with GUNNAR, I knew the result was going to be impressive. I was blown away by the fantastic build quality, the exceptional field of view, and the eSports-style design. Consequently, these glasses are going to be sought after as they are ideal if you love to game for hours or you work ridiculous hours.

What’s in the box of the Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses?
- The packaging is refined but robust. Additionally, it is recyclable.
- The Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses have a liquid-teal frame and a large single lens. You may select from a clear or amber lens for varying levels of blue light protection.
- A soft, puffy case and microfibre cloth are provided.

Technical aspects.
Unlike other GUNNAR products, the Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses are not available as a prescription option. This may disappoint some people, but I can’t see how the special design would incorporate short or long-sighted lenses. Instead, these glasses are designed for people with perfect or near-perfect sight. If that is you, you can enjoy either 35% or 65% blue light protection. Furthermore, they offer 100% UV protection as well.
On top of this, the GUNNAR patented technology reduces dryness and that horrible scratchy or itchy feeling. There is a reduction in headaches, and sharp contrasting colours are not so aggressive. Although this may impact graphic designers, most PC users will not be affected by the yellow tint. If you need 100% colour clarity, you can enjoy 35% blue light protection with the clear lens option.

Build quality.
I was amazed by the quality of the glasses and the accessories. The lightweight polymer frame feels great against your face. Moreover, the hinges do not place pressure on your temples. Therefore, even if you wear headphones, you will not struggle with pressure points. The frame has some nice Easter eggs that point to the Alienware theme. This works nicely with the teal colour and the simplicity of the design.
However, it is the large singular lens that makes the Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses so unique. I admit that they took a little getting used to, but once I got into the swing of things, I liked the maximised coverage and the unusual style. They may not be for everyone, but the intended audience will adore the striking visuals and how useful they are when gaming and working.

Are the Alienware Bermuda Triangle glasses worth it?
Fashion is 100% a personal thing. If you take the unique design out of the equation, these glasses improve your health and your productivity. The reduction in glare and contrasting colours is amazing. Furthermore, the lack of itchy and dry eyes makes investing worth every penny. Now, if you consider the niche style, things become a little out there. I love the unusual case, the beautiful polymer frame, and the striking Easter eggs. Accordingly, although the appeal is limited, I recommend buying them here!
